Cays Engineering typically employs between 75 and 95 personnel. Cays provide excellent work and pay conditions and this can be evidenced by the fact that 50% of personnel presently employed have been with Cays for more than 5 years.

Cays Engineering acknowledges employment milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service. Pride of place in our reception area is our "Years of Employment" plaques. Pictured here are our 10, 15 and 20-year boards. Plus a milestone we were very proud to acknowledge; our Managing Director Angus Youngson has been with the company for over 30 years!
